Job Summary: Med View Services is recruiting for its home-based Medical Review Specialist team to conduct medical malpractice case evaluations by phone. Candidates will be health care professionals (RN) with 2+ years of diverse clinical experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills (on the phone and in writing), effective bedside manner, success-oriented, and incentive-driven. Applicants must have an active nursing license in good standing. Bi-lingual nurses a plus. RN phone triages experience a plus. Medical Review Specialists call back clients to conduct a verbal assessment of their potential medical malpractice case, rendering an informed assessment of 4 predetermined qualifying questions for client law firms. The Medical Review Specialist is responsible for making accurate and consistent case evaluations, high-quality customer care, and meeting key performance measures and quotas (15 cases per week minimum). This is an independent contractor (1099) position that provides schedule flexibility and competitive, performance-based income. Applicants must have a computer, internet access, and phone capability to meet job performance qualifications). Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available. Compensation is rendered per case reviewed and submitted.

Nurses are paid a fee for each completed application. Nurses also participate in our incentive program.
